Q: What do i need to bring with me when i collect the vehicle?

A: Obviously we will need to see your driving license. Ifits the new style photocard license, we MUST see both parts and it Must be valid. We also need a second form of photographic ID such as a passport, and a utility bill linked to the same address as the license. Mobile phone bills are Not acceptable.

 

Q: Is there a deposit?

A: Yes. There is a £200 deposit on every hire. This is refudable when the vehicle is returned, assuming there is no additional damage and the fuel level is correct.

 

Q: What is your fuel policy?

A: We operate a "replace what you use policy". Fuel levels will be pointed out to you when you collect the vehicle.
